Details

Regulatory reporting is an important area for the Bank. The internship focuses on improving the quality of reporting processes by completing several ongoing and planned internal initiatives. Examples of initiatives include creating dashboards and KPIs, designing a skills matrix, tracking manual interventions, and improving stakeholder satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to improving regulatory reporting processes and related KPIs
  • Develop dashboards (e.g., heatmap of reports, manual intervention tracking)
  • Help define and implement a skills matrix for the team
  • Give, receive and implement feedback to improve stakeholder satisfaction
  • Support ongoing and planned internal initiatives within the Financial & Statistical Reporting team

Requirements

  • HBO or WO student in the Netherlands, registered at a Dutch college/university for the full duration of the internship
  • Affinity with Power BI or a similar data visualisation tool
  • Availability to start as soon as possible
  • Full-time availability (32 to 40 hours per week) for a minimum of 4 months
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills, including presenting information clearly (preferably using visualization tools such as Power BI)
  • Flexible, autonomous, proactive, organised, team-player and results oriented
