The Brand Ad Formats team builds high-visibility, awareness-driven ad experiences and new ad formats for Reddit’s iOS app. This role focuses on building ad experiences for iOS that scale globally and locally, collaborating with product, design, and engineering to deliver data-intensive, responsive, and fault-tolerant features.

Responsibilities

  • Build ad experiences and create patterns for Reddit’s iOS app to enhance ads’ performance and functionality.
  • Collaborate across product, design, and engineering teams to innovate and implement sophisticated solutions for complex challenges.
  • Participate in the full development cycle: design, develop, QA, experiment, analyze, and deploy.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in iOS engineering and the Swift programming language.
  • At least 3 years of experience in software development.
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals.
  • Willingness to tackle challenges of creating data-intensive, highly responsive, and fault-tolerant apps.
  • Openness to explore innovative approaches to software development.

Nice to have / Bonus

  • Experience working on ad tech.
  • Ability to work full stack.

Pay Transparency

  • Base pay range for US-based candidates: $164,200 - $229,900 USD
