Join Reddit’s User Economy team, leading an initiative that enables users to earn money through Reddit products such as Awards, Premium, Collectible Avatars, and more. This role involves redefining user engagement and monetization, shaping the future of Reddit’s creator ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering to execute product and business strategies.
- Contribute to the full development cycle including technical design, development, testing, experimentation, analysis, and launch.
- Review code and design documents; provide feedback on product specifications and mocks.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision making for iOS development.
- Help improve developer workflows and mentor engineers.
Requirements
- BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 3-5 years of professional iOS application development experience.
- Proficiency with Swift and Xcode.
- Experience with UIKit and/or SwiftUI.
- Familiarity with architectural patterns such as MVVM, MVC, or VIPER.
- Knowledge of iOS testing principles and frameworks.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and data persistence.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit: self-directed, innovative, and action-biased in fast-paced environments.
