For our Application Support squad, we are in search for an IT Chapter Lead with IT application DevOps experience to help us develop, maintain and improve our IT application landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Guide and coach chapter members to achieve high performance and personal development.
  • Maintain, develop, and improve the team's delivery quality, resilience, reliability, and automation.
  • Participate as a member of the Management Team (MT) of the IT Services Supercircle.
  • Lead and manage the IT operations team including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and career development.
  • Oversee management and maintenance of all IT infrastructure including servers, networks, storage, and enterprise applications.
  • Ensure high availability and reliability of IT systems through monitoring, maintenance, and support.
  • Develop and implement IT operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other IT and business teams to support IT initiatives and projects.
  • Manage IT incident and problem management processes for timely resolution.
  • Oversee IT security measures ensuring compliance with standards.
  • Conduct reviews and audits to identify improvements and corrective actions.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts for service and support delivery.
  • Lead IT operational projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations.
  • Prepare and manage the IT operations budget ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in IT support field including at least 3 years in people management.
  • Service mentality and passion for innovative teamwork.
  • Fast learner, keeping up with trends and applying new technologies and solutions.
  • Ambitious and passionate about professional growth.
  • Entrepreneurial work style, regularly stepping outside conventional role boundaries to foster innovation.

Salary

  • Minimum gross salary: 3,400 EUR per month (subject to negotiation above this minimum).
