Our Control Hub teams act as the first line of defense, providing guidance and standardized solutions in Non-Financial and IT Risk Key Control Testing. You will collaborate with colleagues from diverse disciplines, geographies, and backgrounds.
Responsibilities
- Conduct compliance testing of information systems and application security management against internal security standards
- Execute IT Key Controls (SOX, Lifecycle) by verifying delivered evidence meets Minimum Standards
- Determine test effectiveness (Effective/Ineffective) and record findings
- Provide input to SMEs for evaluating ineffective tests to assess deficiencies with formal sign-offs
- Propose improvements for testing processes, evidence requirements, work instructions, automation, and test scripts
- Maintain efficient communication with testing management and evidence providers
- Additional information security duties as assigned
Despite preferring in-office collaboration, remote work is supported for proactive, independent workers, with occasional office visits encouraged.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently
- 3-5 years experience in IT industry areas such as IT Security, IT risk management, IT Testing, IT Service Desk, or Identity & Access Management
- Proactive, motivated, and corporate-sensitive professional able to work under pressure
- Team player valuing collaboration
- Experience with enterprise-level processes and controls, SOX testing preferred
- Ability to streamline risk-taking and testing processes
- Experience with ServiceNow IT Risk & Compliance Management (SNOW ITRMP) is a plus
- CISSP or CISA certifications are highly welcomed
