Details

The IT Manager Security Operations is responsible for managing the day-to-day security operations, including Identity & Access Management (IAM) systems and Key Management, ensuring protection of information assets, regulatory compliance, and efficient operation of security technologies and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily security operations teams including Security Orchestration, Identity & Access Management, and Card Security.
  • Manage security technologies implementation and maintenance.
  • Coordinate incident response and recovery.
  • Lead IAM and key management program development and management.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Dynamic workplace in Diemen, near public transport.
  • Part of a diverse team at International Card Services (ICS), subsidiary of ABN AMRO.

  • Work closely with CISO management team and IT management team.
  • At least 50% office presence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Security or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC.
  • Minimum 7 years in security operations with at least 3 years managerial experience.
  • Expertise in IAM systems, security operations, or Key management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience in risk management and compliance.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, spoken and written.

Benefits

  • Gross monthly salary €6,793 to €9,704 (based on a 36-hour work week), inclusive of vacation pay and benefit budget.
