The expected salary for this position: 9600 - 14000 PLN
This is a full-time IT operations role supporting client environments built on Microsoft technologies (primarily Windows Server and SQL Server). The global job architecture naming for this role is "Engineer III".
Responsibilities
- Perform daily operational tasks (BAU), including monitoring, incident response, and routine maintenance.
- Handle client requests and service tickets in line with agreed SLAs.
- Document operational activities and technical procedures according to internal standards.
- Provide application-level support: identify and remediate vulnerabilities and non-compliances.
- Participate in recurring application processes (e.g., daily banking open/close routines).
- Execute lifecycle management tasks: patching, updates, and component maintenance.
- Automate operational workflows using PowerShell and Azure Pipelines / Azure DevOps.
- Continuously improve and optimize existing processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with development, security, and business teams to ensure reliable service delivery.
Requirements
- Solid experience with Windows Server environments.
- Solid experience with SQL Server environments.
- Hands-on experience in operational support within production systems.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Azure Pipelines for automation.
- Understanding of lifecycle management, patching, and vulnerability remediation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
