Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather product requirements, understanding user needs and technical constraints, and translate them for the development team.
• Utilize agile methodologies to manage product development lifecycle, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Work closely with Atlassian Engineering, Program Management, and Security teams to ensure alignment throughout the product lifecycle and translate business requirements into technical requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients, manage expectations, and provide timely updates on development progress.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in a dynamic product management role managing a data center version of the Atlassian platform.
• Strong ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders from program management, engineering, security, and other departments.
• Proven track record of delivering high impact areas on or ahead of schedule.
• Strong accountability, drive for efficiency, and focus on improving processes and user experience.
• Team player mindset fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
• 3+ years experience with scripting languages like Groovy and SIL.

This is a remote position supporting Corporate Planning Processes via Atlassian tools including Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence, working closely with Corporate Programs and Security teams.
