Do you have an overview of cybersecurity and can you translate this into practical solutions? As a security strategist for ICS you have the overview of both the threat landscape and the implementation of the current security. You work with many different teams such as the MT IT, the CISO teams (Security Governance, Security Operations & Card Security), IT architecture and IT platform teams to create a secure organisation. By designing and implementing a strategy you have a big impact on the security architecture and landscape. You are the right hand of the CISO and help steer the department in the right direction.

Responsibilities

• Keep up to date with the security landscape and developments and propose solutions to implement in the organization.
• Convince stakeholders of the direction of the ICS security.
• Design and document security solutions and architectures for CISO tooling.
• Create and review security solution intents for non-CISO IT solutions.
• Perform gap analysis of security frameworks and regulations with respect to present capabilities.
• Take external requirements from regulators such as DORA and create plans that ensure compliance to the regulations.
• Implement PCI DSS security controls.

Requirements

Must haves

• More than 10 years experience in an IT security role.
• More than 2 years of experience as a Security Architect or a similar role.
• Expert on IT security architecture, strategy and frameworks (examples: NIST, CIS, OWASP).
• Experience with SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls and endpoint protection.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A future-oriented mindset.

Nice to haves

• Extensive experience in designing, implementing, maintaining and reviewing security controls (Identity and Access Management, Network Security Design, Application Security, Security Monitoring).
• Experience with Cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP) and hybrid environments.
• Experience implementing Zero Trust principles.
• Experience in threat modelling and conducting risk assessments.
• Deep knowledge of encryption and key management.
• Certification in TOGAF and/or SABSA.

• Gross monthly salary: € 7.896 - € 11.279 (based on a 36-hour work week, includes vacation pay and benefit budget).

Location & Hours
