Information about the position

As IT Workplace Endpoint engineer, you will be responsible for managing Vinted’s IT workplace device fleet of computers and mobile phones centrally across Europe. You will be working closely with other IT teams to accomplish your goals and implement IT strategy at Vinted.

Your service area will be Endpoint, which is mainly focused on MAC, iPhone, iPad, Windows and Android ecosystem with a ranging variety of activities that span throughout user journey and cover Hardware, Operating System layers and user experience as a whole.

In this position, you’ll

• Be in a driver seat of MDM platform configuration and maintenance, mainly within Windows and Android device management product landscape
• Maintain the MDM platform, OS layer services and support 2nd line issues
• Be a source of knowledge and share it, be mindful about documentation we need
• Shape problem and change management framework
• Build needed processes and procedures, contribute to roadmap formation
• Work together with the team to get the best possible user experience through Endpoint services
• Co-create together with different teams, stakeholders and suppliers to improve our services and implement solutions

About you

• Have successfully managed your fleet with MDM solutions, were mainly focused on Windows and Android products and services
• Excel at Windows, Android and understand well how to benefit from productivity tools
• Proficient in powershell
• Willing to help our colleagues with their IT struggles
• Uncertainty is your motivation rather than a challenge
• You can make the best out of ITIL framework
• Have a solid understanding how other technologies and security connect to your main focus areas
• You easily grasp new technologies and concepts and are able to successfully drive initiatives
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Advantage: have understanding about Apple products and services (JAMF, JAMF Connect, ABM, Apple Configurator)

The salary range for this position is € 2,950 - € 3,983 gross per month.
