Responsibilities

  • Manage workplace and security tools.
  • Perform Service Desk tasks and provide license assignments to Nord Security people.
  • Perform weekly, monthly, and quarterly audits of IT licenses.
  • Purchase requested software.
  • Troubleshoot SaaS tool issues.
  • Perform other tasks related to license management.
  • Prepare relevant internal communications.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position or technical support role.
  • Friendly and helpful personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Constant interest in up-to-date IT technologies and AI news.
  • Strong knowledge of English.
  • Experience using Jira Service Management and Google Sheets.
  • Able to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong willingness to learn and grasp new concepts.

Tools You Will Use

  • Google Workspace (including Google Sheets).
  • Atlassian products: Jira Service Desk / Jira Service Management, Jira Software, Confluence.
  • Slack.
  • Nord Security products such as NordLayer and NordPass.

Salary

  • Gross salary: 1700-2500 EUR / month.
