Responsibilities

  • Design and develop applied machine learning models for modeled conversions and identity matching from ideation to production deployment.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance ad measurement capabilities by understanding the needs of advertisers.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and backend software engineers.
  • Conduct A/B tests and experiments to iterate and fine-tune algorithms and models.
  • Stay updated on state-of-the-art algorithmic techniques, adapt them to Reddit's platform and community.
  • Design, implement, and maintain reliable, high-performance distributed systems.
  • Telecommuting is permitted.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or closely related quantitative discipline.
  • Three (3) years of experience in the job offered or a related field.
  • Skills and technologies: Python, Numpy, Scikit-Learn, Matplotlib, Git, CI/CD, Machine Learning, Learning to Rank, Neural Network, Transformer Models, Clustering, Tensorflow, PyTorch, AWS, Docker, SQL.
  • Any suitable combination of education, training and experience is acceptable.

Additional Information

  • The base pay range for this position is $242,400 - $260,100 USD.
  • The role may include equity in the form of restricted stock units and possibly commission.
