We are building and growing a focused Industrial Engineering organization (CAE/EDA) and are looking for an inspiring technologist to lead a team of Developer Relations Managers. In this role you will lead the DevRel team in defining strategic partnerships, driving SDK adoption, evangelizing the NVIDIA platform with developers and customers, and delivering technical engagements with leading software vendors and lighthouse accounts in engineering software and semiconductor manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technical engagements driving adoption of the NVIDIA platform in Industrial Engineering.
- Serve as a trusted advisor: deeply understand technical and relationship environments and translate that understanding into product requirements and solutions.
- Define and deliver developer and customer strategies in coordination with Product and Engineering teams.
- Lead strategic relationships with key opinion leaders, leading ISVs, and influential researchers.
- Develop and grow a team of Developer Relations Managers, ensuring the team has the appropriate skills for an evolving space.
- Discover high-impact problems NVIDIA can uniquely solve and drive new market paradigms.
- Drive early adoption of new products, support launches and go-to-market activities, and evangelize at scientific, technical and industry conferences.
Requirements
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years overall professional experience.
- 5+ years of people and technical leadership experience at a major technology company managing partnerships, relationships, and technologies.
- Proven understanding of CAE/EDA technologies and ecosystem.
- Experience managing technical and business alliances across multiple partner groups and peer teams.
- Strong sense of ownership, organization, and ability to drive focus across a diverse team.
- World-class communication skills with demonstrated ability to articulate value propositions to technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred / Ways To Stand Out
- Experience with NVIDIA products and SDKs such as CUDA, CUDA-X Libraries, PhysicsNeMo, and Omniverse.
- Recognized leadership experience in CAE, EDA, high-performance computing environments, applied machine learning, or deep learning.
- Background in CAE, EDA, or semiconductor manufacturing with understanding of cloud-native and on-prem solutions.
Compensation & Benefits
- The base salary range is 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on location, experience, and pay of employees in similar positions.
