Lead software verification team for NVIDIA's InfiniBand & NVLINK switch OS, the networking technology behind the AI revolution.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide a group of software developers.
- Lead the development of testing infrastructure & capabilities.
- Lead all aspects of new features and platforms testing coverage.
- Be actively hands-on (50%) in OS software coding and debugging.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including Hardware, Firmware, DevOps, etc.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or MS degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ overall years of industry experience and 5+ years of leadership or management experience.
- Proficiency in Python, C, and C++ programming.
- Experience with Firmware or BSP/Drivers.
- Ability to self-teach and learn quickly.

- Working knowledge of automation frameworks.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD (final base salary determined by location, experience, and comparable roles).
- Eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA states they offer competitive salaries and a generous benefits package.
