Lead software verification team for NVIDIA's InfiniBand & NVLINK switch OS, the networking technology behind the AI revolution.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a group of software developers.
• Lead the development of testing infrastructure & capabilities.
• Lead all aspects of new features and platforms testing coverage.
• Be actively hands-on (50%) in OS software coding and debugging.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including Hardware, Firmware, DevOps, etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or MS degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ overall years of industry experience and 5+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Proficiency in Python, C, and C++ programming.
• Experience with Firmware or BSP/Drivers.
• Ability to self-teach and learn quickly.

• Experience with Linux & Networking.
• Excellent social and written communication skills.
• Experience with internal and external customers.
• Working knowledge of automation frameworks.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range: 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD (final base salary determined by location, experience, and comparable roles).
• Eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA states they offer competitive salaries and a generous benefits package.
