We are looking to hire a System Test Engineering Manager to work in the Test Solutions Group at NVIDIA developing manufacturing test solutions for System products. Through leadership, hardware and software expertise you will guide engineers to deliver solutions that translate into processes and methodologies with long lasting impact. This role focuses on test, test automation and delivering high quality products to customers across Datacenter, Automotive, and Embedded product segments.

Responsibilities

  • Refine manufacturing test solutions for System products and translate them to methodologies and processes applicable across Datacenter, Automotive, and Embedded product segments.
  • Investigate and introduce new manufacturing test technology and methodology to enhance production efficiency.
  • Improve or develop new test strategies for products and test infrastructure including identification, specification, design and qualification of test fixtures, test equipment and diagnostic software.
  • Build automated diagnostic generation and validation infrastructure.
  • Lead and advise a team of engineers to handle a product line.
  • Guide teams in resolving technical problems.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience with post-silicon validation in board or system products.
  • 2+ years of management experience or leading technical teams and projects.
  • BS degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing, chip-to-system workflows.
  • Python programming and bash scripting experience.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.

Compensation & Additional Details

  • Base salary ranges provided by location and level:
    • Level 2: 152,000 USD - 247,250 USD
    • Level 3: 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD
  • You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
