NVIDIA is recruiting a Technical Program Manager leader for the Engineering Operations group responsible for silicon schedule from bring-up to production release. The role focuses on wafer forecasts, schedule generation and management, supporting cross-functional teams, mitigating programmatic risks, improving processes, handling prototype demand, and driving implementation of software tools for data analytics and process evaluation.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 5β15 individual contributors.
- Own silicon bring-up schedule from power-on to production release.
- Develop wafer forecasts and generate/manage schedules.
- Engage with senior leadership on chip supply, demand, and allocation.
- Oversee and lead chip and board allocations across the company.
- Act as an escalation point for engineering leadership on chip delivery issues.
- Track and coordinate engineering deliverables, key milestones, and qualification/validation tasks during new product introduction (NPI).
- Communicate status to cross-functional teams and upper management.
- Continuously evaluate internal tools and processes and drive fixes to improve productivity.
- Create new and fix existing processes between different teams.
- Drive implementation of software tools for data analytics and process evaluation.
Requirements
- BS degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years overall experience working in the semiconductor industry or similar experience.
- 4+ years of experience leading a team.
- Deep understanding of ASIC technology and productization requirements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple technical and business teams.
- Self-directed, highly motivated, creative, and able to prioritize multiple tasks concurrently.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: 192,000 USD - 304,750 USD (base salary will be determined based on location, experience, and pay of employees in similar positions).
