NVIDIA is recruiting a Technical Program Manager leader for the Engineering Operations group responsible for silicon schedule from bring-up to production release. The role focuses on wafer forecasts, schedule generation and management, supporting cross-functional teams, mitigating programmatic risks, improving processes, handling prototype demand, and driving implementation of software tools for data analytics and process evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5–15 individual contributors.
• Own silicon bring-up schedule from power-on to production release.
• Develop wafer forecasts and generate/manage schedules.
• Engage with senior leadership on chip supply, demand, and allocation.
• Oversee and lead chip and board allocations across the company.
• Act as an escalation point for engineering leadership on chip delivery issues.
• Track and coordinate engineering deliverables, key milestones, and qualification/validation tasks during new product introduction (NPI).
• Communicate status to cross-functional teams and upper management.
• Continuously evaluate internal tools and processes and drive fixes to improve productivity.
• Create new and fix existing processes between different teams.
• Drive implementation of software tools for data analytics and process evaluation.

Requirements

• BS degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years overall experience working in the semiconductor industry or similar experience.
• 4+ years of experience leading a team.
• Deep understanding of ASIC technology and productization requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple technical and business teams.
• Self-directed, highly motivated, creative, and able to prioritize multiple tasks concurrently.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range: 192,000 USD - 304,750 USD (base salary will be determined based on location, experience, and pay of employees in similar positions).
