Reddit is hiring a Senior Lifecycle Operations Lead to join the Community Growth team. This cross-functional role partners with Product, Engineering, IT, Legal, Data Science, and Community to design and build the technical infrastructure, data signals, and automated workflows that scale community growth and health. The role focuses on HubSpot tooling ownership, MarTech infrastructure, multi-channel strategy (email, push, app), and operationalizing signals and automation across the community lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute a scaled tooling Community Growth roadmap: design and execute the Community Growth Funnel roadmap, identifying technical infrastructure, data signals, and automated workflows to unlock community health and growth.
  • Build scaled channel operations: partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to build technical foundations for diversified channels; make channel requests and build technical roadmaps.
  • Signal optimization: work with Data Science to refine community health signals, identify opportunities, and close gaps in the community journey.
  • Drive channel strategy: define and drive strategy for email, push notifications, and app channels aligned with community growth goals.
  • Serve as owner/admin of HubSpot tooling: oversee data piping, workflow strategies, campaign health, contact and list management, and form embeds.
  • Partner with Analytics, Community, IT, and Product to optimize internal and third-party marketing tools and systems.
  • Manage technical aspects of contact management: list health, data cleanliness, imports, and form embeds.
  • Evaluate tooling agency partners and source partners as needed.
  • Map internal and external channel slate to identify major opportunities and own tooling improvement roadmaps.
  • Ensure coordination across stakeholders on infrastructure projects to avoid major disruptions.
  • Own multi-channel content calendar for community initiatives and support channel marketers in meeting campaign objectives.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or a related field, with expertise in HubSpot management and automation.
  • Proven ability to build/manage workflows, nurture strategies, and lead contact routing systems.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Hex, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of marketing best practices and processes, with a focus on data cleanliness and accuracy.
  • Data-driven with experience establishing metrics and optimizing MarTech systems for business impact.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to partner across teams (Data Science, Product, IT, Legal).
  • Proven autonomous operational impact in marketing or community marketing functions.
  • Experience working within a variety of CRMs and ESPs (HubSpot experience a bonus).
  • Systems thinker with experience building 0-to-1 infrastructure and internal tooling.
  • Self-starter with bias toward execution and familiarity with Reddit’s community culture and user trends.

Pay Transparency

  • Base pay range (US): $143,600 - $201,000 USD
  • Position may be eligible for equity (RSUs) and, depending on role, commission.
