Details

Join our team at NVIDIA as a Master Scheduler for NPI Board and Systems. This role is focused on developing and maintaining capacity plans for new product introduction (NPI) boards and systems, identifying and mitigating capacity bottlenecks, and coordinating with contract manufacturers and cross-functional NVIDIA teams to ensure successful product bring-ups.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive capacity plans for NPI boards and systems.
  • Identify potential capacity bottlenecks that could affect product bring-up and collaborate with Contract Manufacturers (CM) and NVIDIA cross-functional teams to develop strategies to proactively resolve constraints.
  • Actively engage with internal and external teams during future NPI bring-ups to better understand products and prepare sufficient capacity.
  • Communicate capacity status, risks, and issues to team members clearly and concisely.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency and predictability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations/Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years of experience in production planning, master scheduling, or supply chain manufacturing, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and good reasoning ability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Ability to compete in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills with deep understanding of Excel techniques.
  • Experience with MS Project, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools is a plus.

  • Base salary range: 128,000 USD - 201,250 USD (final base salary determined by location, experience, and comparable employees).
