This Winter 2026 (January - April) full-time internship is a hybrid-required role based in Palo Alto, CA. The role is an Executive MBA intern position focused on the intersection of finance, data, and strategy. You will support high-impact decision-making by building dashboards, tracking key metrics, and developing executive-level presentations in close collaboration with the CEO.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards that monitor key financial and operational metrics.
• Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities across business units.
• Support financial modeling and forecasting efforts as needed.
• Assist in the creation of presentations and reports for senior leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to gather inputs and ensure accuracy of data used in reporting.
• Attend executive-level weekly meetings, manage the agenda, and follow up on action items.

Requirements

• Current MBA student with a focus in finance, strategy, analytics, or project management.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experienced with data visualization tools and dashboarding.
• Experience with data analysis, financial modeling, and forecasting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and willingness to learn.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States or Canada.

Additional (listed) technical/engineering proficiencies often seen for Groq internships (note: these appear in the posting as additional ideal experiences):

• Experience with SystemVerilog or Verilog design languages.
• Understanding of ASIC design flows.
• Preferred languages: SystemVerilog, Python, C, shell scripting.

Compensation

• U.S. pay ranges published by the company for internships: technical internships $30–$60 per hour; non-technical internships $30–$40 per hour. This position (MBA Executive intern) is listed as a non-technical/business internship; the non-technical U.S. range is $30–$40 per hour. Actual compensation is determined by location, skills, qualifications, experience, and internal benchmarks. Compensation for candidates outside the USA will depend on the local market.

Location & Work Arrangement

• Hybrid required in Palo Alto, CA (United States).
• Full-time (Winter 2026: January–April).
