The Workplace & Network Services Team is responsible for all innovations related to the workplace at International Card Services. They are also responsible for everything related to our network, which lies behind managed services from suppliers. This workplace is based on Microsoft Intune and Office365. Our mission: to provide the employee of ICS with a workplace that offers an optimal balance between security, reliability, future-proofing, and user-friendliness.
Responsibilities
- You develop and manage virtual workplaces based on Microsoft.
- You integrate new Microsoft cloud services to enhance security (e.g., MCAS/DLP/AIP).
- You think along about the migration strategy to the Microsoft Cloud environment.
- You are responsible for managing network service providers.
- You are responsible for resolving incidents and executing changes related to Intune, Office365, (Azure) Active Directory, DNS, Certificate Management, Exchange (online), SQL, WSUS, Remote Desktop Services, Symantec WSS-proxy.
Requirements
- You have extensive experience in a similar role.
- You have substantial experience with network infrastructures and managing suppliers that provide these services.
- You have experience coordinating changes in this field. Additionally, extensive experience with Intune, Office 365, foundational knowledge of Azure, (Azure) AD, Exchange (Online), Symantec WSS, Microsoft SQL, and WSUS.
- You possess incident, problem, and change management skills (Service Now).
- You have a proactive attitude and are open to challenges within your field; you enjoy collaborating with colleagues inside and outside your team.
- You can think critically and approach problems or dilemmas from different angles.
- You have good knowledge of both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
- You can navigate all levels of the organization and can quickly switch between technical discussions with teams and functional discussions with the Business.
- Preferably, you have HBO work and thinking level, and experience with Agile is a big plus.
- You are willing to participate in our "on-call" standby service as part of a roster to resolve high-priority incidents that must be addressed 24/7.
Benefits
- A gross annual salary between €55,270 and €78,956 (scale 10) based on a 36-hour work week.
- The gross annual salary is exclusive of a Benefit Budget (11%), including holiday pay.
- A monthly benefit budget of 11% of your gross salary, which can be used for various purposes such as purchasing extra vacation days or tax breaks on purchases such as a phone or bike.
- Depending on certain conditions, an annual appreciation bonus of 0%, 2.5%, or 5.0% can be received.
- A home office allowance of €3 per day.
- A mobility card for travel reimbursement and private use.
- Setup allowance for the home office.
- Annual internet reimbursement of €300.
- One week dedicated to various volunteer work each year. Our foundation organizes many activities.
- An annual budget of €1,000 for personal development.
- Five weeks of vacation per year, always off on May 5 and the day after Ascension. We also offer various forms of leave.
- Hybrid work with an agreement to work at least two full days in the office each week, with one day dedicated to the whole team.
