We are looking for an innovative and creative Field Enablement manager to develop high-quality sales and technical education and assets for a top performing field organization. This role is responsible for architecting and developing pre-sales curriculums for sales and technical audiences and providing field assets to a large global field organization focused on selling NVIDIA’s Networking offerings. The position requires close collaboration with sales, solution architecture, partner, product, and marketing teams to expand the Networking business and to design and implement training programs that enable field organizations to identify, mature, and sell enterprise opportunities (notably AI Factories). The ideal candidate is located in the San Francisco Bay Area and excels at end-to-end content creation, leverages AI tools for workflow efficiency, and brings innovative ideas to process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Translate corporate strategy into practical and effective technical and non-technical field training and enablement strategy.
  • Maintain global ownership of the enablement strategy and process to meet networking hardware, software and full-stack sales motions.
  • Implement AI-enabled human-in-the-loop content development workflows to create, produce and deliver training and education.
  • Apply andragogy and instructional design principles to create student and instructor materials including presentations, course outlines, background material, exercises, training aids, and assessments.
  • Define needed toolset and meet with various teams to prioritize sales and technical training requirements for learning events targeting broad audiences.
  • Work with internal teams to create and package high-value, easy-to-use collaterals including sales guides, training decks, presentations, technical demos, and TCO calculators.
  • Empower sales representatives, account managers, and solution architects to manage client conversations, execute role-specific sales tasks, and leverage resources and partnerships to drive deal closure.

Requirements

  • BS or equivalent experience required; Masters preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in technical sales, technical training, field enablement, business development, or related fields.
  • Deep understanding of Accelerated Computing and Networking technologies.
  • Broad knowledge of modern enterprise use cases and workloads including Generative AI, Agentic AI, and High Performance Computing (HPC).
  • Expertise in designing, developing and delivering technical training with practical field guidance using a wide range of AI tools and platforms; experience implementing AI-enabled content workflows is highlighted.
  • Methodology for translating complex technology features into clear business benefits for a range of buying personas.
  • Direct experience implementing enablement delivery tools and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills; effective listener and able to lead by inspiring others in a cross-functional, social environment.
  • High attention to quality and detail; highly motivated and able to work with little supervision while multi-tasking and prioritizing across several projects.
  • A dual-minded approach: highly creative in developing content while following established processes and relying on data to make decisions.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary range: 192,000 USD - 304,750 USD (determined based on location, experience, and pay of employees in similar positions).
