The NVIDIA Ignite program is a 12-week summer pre-internship designed for first- and second-year undergraduate students (class of 2028/2029) from U.S. four-year universities. This fully immersive, on-site program in Santa Clara, CA gives students hands-on experience working with technical experts on real projects across a range of business and technical areas. NVIDIA will cover a one-time round trip for students traveling over 50 miles to Santa Clara and provide a supplemental housing stipend to assist with living expenses over the summer.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in a 12-week, on-site internship in Santa Clara, CA working on real projects with technical and business teams.
  • Work collaboratively across partners and teams to support core missions and projects.
  • Contribute to day-to-day tasks within assigned track (examples below include Analytics, Information Technology, Product Management, Developer Relations, Marketing, Finance, HR, and more).
  • Learn and apply new concepts, tools, and processes in a growing and evolving workspace.
  • Demonstrate creativity and problem-solving mentality while adapting to new experiences.

Requirements

  • Seeking first- or second-year undergrads (class of 2028/2029) from U.S. four-year universities.
  • Majors: Business, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated passion via involvement in relevant clubs, leadership roles, and extracurricular projects.
  • Creativity, problem-solving mentality, and willingness to develop new skills.
  • Desire to learn new concepts and tools; ability to adapt to new experiences.
  • Ability to develop relationships across a wide array of partners and build support for team objectives.
  • Extra-curricular interest in technical fields is a plus.

Ways to stand out (track-specific examples):

  • Marketing: ability to write creative short-form content; understanding of audience; experience building & optimizing websites; familiarity with creative, multimedia, and web development processes and file formats.
  • Finance: strong understanding of Excel; knowledge of financial ERP systems; exposure to financial planning, analysis, modeling, and forecasting; basic knowledge of FP&A cadence and close processes.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly rate for interns: 18 USD - 54 USD (standard pay varies by position, location, year in school, degree, and experience).
