Responsibilities

  • Build dashboards, reporting frameworks, and data models to enhance visibility and decision-making across supply operations.
  • Lead analytical deep dives to uncover insights influencing strategy, identifying risks, and sizing opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on metrics and improve data integrity and reporting workflows.
  • Translate business objectives into clear problem statements and propose solutions using quantitative analysis.
  • Communicate insights via presentations, memos, and visual tools to influence decisions.
  • Mentor junior analysts and support the broader analytics team.
  • Identify operational improvement areas and contribute to experimentation and policy iteration.
  • Participate in evolving the analytics roadmap for long-term planning and technical development.

Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in analytics, strategy, business ops, or consulting in tech-enabled or operational environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in quantitative fields (Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics); advanced degree is a plus.
  • Strong command of SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker; working knowledge of Python or R preferred.
  • Proven ability to analyze large complex datasets and deliver actionable insights.
  • Experience in structured problem-solving and sophisticated analytics.
  • Strong communication skills for conveying complex topics clearly.
  • Highly autonomous with accountability and project leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to influence without authority and collaborate effectively across functions.
  • Alignment with Airbnb’s mission for community belonging.

  • Competitive base pay range $154,000 — $192,000 USD.
