Join the NordPass Backend team working on microservices within NordSecurity's product suite. You'll focus on delivering scalable, secure backend code, participate in architectural decisions, and collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design teams to ensure high-quality integrations and a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and utilization of microservices across NordSecurity's suite of products, fostering a unified and seamless experience for users.
  • Focus on the delivery of high-quality code, prioritizing scalability and security.
  • Actively engage in technical and architectural decisions, refine processes, and contribute to the product's strategic direction.
  • Take ownership and accountability for development, maintenance, and product quality.
  • Foster smooth communication and collaboration between team members and other engineering, product, and design professionals.

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of PHP.
  • Strong system design skills; you know what patterns to use, when, and why.
  • Solid understanding of OOP, asynchronous programming, and design patterns.
  • Passionate about backend architecture and technologies; able to create scalable and stable code.
  • Understanding of core CI/CD principles, and experience with unit and integration testing.

Bonus / Nice-to-have

  • Knowledge of Event Sourcing.
  • Knowledge of Cryptography.
