Details

The Platform Delivery Manager & Engineer guarantees the quality of the delivered network and data center services and strives to improve them every day. Are you someone who dares to break the status quo and take on the challenge to raise the bar a bit higher? Our department is undergoing a transformation where we are increasingly shaping our services ourselves, and your ambition helps us grow further. Does this sound like a challenge to you? Let us discuss how we can build the future together.

Responsibilities

You are responsible for delivering reliable Network Infrastructure services that provide value for ABN AMRO and keep its operations agile. It is also crucial that alongside reliability, security is prioritized, as cybersecurity is a critical component for a bank, and increasingly more regulations will develop over time. Therefore, it is important to have good insight into all our data, enabling us to manage safety and availability. With the right data and insights into what our customers need, you will build improvement plans to elevate the service.

Work Environment

The department consists of two disciplines: Foundation and Engineering. As Platform Delivery Manager Engineer within Foundation, you will guide and monitor quality. Together with your colleagues in Engineering, you will enhance and further develop the service. Together, we provide today's network services and those of tomorrow.

We work within Foundation using the Agile methodology in teams of up to 12 people.
