Airbnb’s AirCover & Insurance Operations Platform team is hiring a senior product leader to accelerate AI-based solutions that deliver personalized experiences across AirCover products and services. You will partner with business stakeholders, product marketing, operations, engineering, design, and data science to shape roadmaps and scale AI-enabled personalization across existing and emerging business segments.

Responsibilities

  • Represent hosts and guests; empathize with their needs and advocate for the community.
  • Establish product vision and strategy for assigned area within AirCover.
  • Define success through clear, measurable Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
  • Develop product roadmaps and align across product teams, cross-functional partners, and leadership.
  • Execute to ship products and deliver measurable impact for the business and users.
  • Lead cross-functional groups (engineering, design, data science, operations) to fulfill the team mission.
  • Communicate concisely and influence outcomes at all levels of the organization.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience building products in product-management roles.
  • Strong experience building and launching AI-enabled solutions and features in consumer-facing applications and internal tools.
  • Demonstrated track record of product leadership from discovery through launch and iteration.
  • Deep customer empathy and ability to prioritize ruthlessly.
  • Strong storytelling skills that connect problems to a compelling vision while being willing to dive into details.
  • Proven ability to build partnerships across and beyond the Product organization (engineering, design, data science, product marketing, field operations).
  • Exceptional decision-making skills and outstanding relationship-management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with changing needs and limited resources.

Benefits / Compensation & Location

  • Base pay range: $224,000 — $280,000 USD (role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits).
  • This position is US - Remote Eligible. Role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites. Candidates must live in a U.S. state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity (some excluded states apply).
