Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy large-scale, high-performance, enterprise-ready agent frameworks and tools.
  • Collaborate with engineering and applied AI teams to tailor the agent platform to chip design needs.
  • Develop and optimize retrieval and generation algorithms for enterprise data (text, code, images).
  • Collect and organize training and fine-tuning data for domain-specific large language models.
  • Optimize infrastructure for performance, scalability, reliability, and data security.
  • Stay updated with the latest machine learning and AI advancements to build state-of-the-art solutions.
  • Lead engineering teams with purpose, maintaining high-quality practices.

Requirements

  • Master's or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 15+ years of industry experience.
  • Proven ability to take products from concept to large-scale launch with performance tuning and optimization of complex distributed systems.
  • Experience with modern software development stacks and tools including containerization, cloud/on-prem deployments, API integration, and real-time processing frameworks.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, CI/CD, Kubernetes, message broker architectures, data pipelines, and test-driven development.
  • Expertise in agentic large language model libraries and technologies such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, RAGs, vector databases, prompt engineering, Knowledge Graphs.
  • Experience developing large-scale web applications and REST APIs; familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach and eagerness to learn new skills.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with front-end development using React or Vue.js.
