Details

NVIDIA is seeking a Principal Product Manager to work closely with the largest Hyperscalers to develop and scale AI supercomputing platforms. This role sits in the Accelerated Computing group and focuses on driving execution and ramp of current and next-generation data center compute systems. A primary goal is to enable new product transitions and ramps while ensuring accelerated computing clusters meet the at-scale stability and quality expectations of hyperscaler customers.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with top hyperscalers on New Product Introduction (NPI) with emphasis on Execution, Build, Integration, Acceptance, and Ramp phases.
  • Build close partnerships with customers: understand customer needs, establish requirements, and drive findings into future products and the development engine. Derive and establish practical, realistic solutions.
  • Partner with internal teams to establish product direction. Integrate data and trends across business, operations, engineering, and marketing to drive features into new products and improve time to market.
  • Lead and resolve significant product issues; act as point of escalation for customer issues across business and technical domains. Navigate technical and business complexities to keep customers ramping while balancing schedule, business, technical, and quality challenges.
  • Develop goals/targets, process improvements, enabling strategies, integration, and quality and validation improvements to enable at-scale deployment.
  • Represent product status, partner interlock schedules, priorities, and top issues to both internal and external (partner/customer) executives.

Requirements

  • 15 years of experience in Engineering, Product Management, or Customer Enabling with direct experience developing/delivering data center products and collaborating closely with customers.
  • Demonstrated expertise in accelerated compute, networking, InfiniBand, at-scale clusters, and building large-scale systems.
  • Working knowledge of data center product development process across hardware, software, and system integration.
  • Broad technical and operational experience, business strategy, problem solving across multiple domains, and strong critical thinking and data analysis skills.
  • Proven history of establishing strong customer relationships built on trust and the ability to use knowledge and data to influence internal and external partners.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience); preferably a graduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering, MBA, or other related product management fields.
  • Outstanding communication skills, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong leadership to lead small teams of product managers.

Compensation and Additional Information

  • Base salary range: 240,000 USD - 379,500 USD (determined based on location, experience, and pay of employees in similar positions).
  • Eligible for equity and benefits (see NVIDIA benefits page).
  • Applications accepted at least until October 13, 2025.
