As the Program Manager, Supplier Management within our global IT PMO team, you will be responsible to develop and provide a framework that enables visibility and analytics around IT’s supplier network and overall performance.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and operate a supplier performance program including developing an overall supplier performance management framework with an established health assessment framework, performance scorecards, and ongoing health assessments.
  • Establish and implement a consistent business review framework with critical suppliers.
  • Provide transparency into IT’s supplier network including spend metrics, deliver key performance indicators and identify gaps in sourcing strategy.
  • Monitor supplier performance, assess ability to meet quality and delivery requirements, and identify and quantify new suppliers in collaboration with other departments.
  • Drive IT’s center of excellence around contract structures and execution performance; drive resolution for supplier performance problems and develop mitigation strategies for future engagements.
  • Manage contract approvals and renewals while ensuring incremental value is delivered quarter over quarter by partners/suppliers.
  • Facilitate cross-team and cross-department initiatives and manage complex programs and dependencies as the supplier performance management program matures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field required, or equivalent experience. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of IT experience, with 8+ years in sourcing, contracting, supplier or risk management roles.
  • Experience developing and/or leading execution of a global supplier quality strategy in support of an IT organization.
  • Proven track record of continuous improvement to enable higher performing programs/organizations and improved business and customer outcomes.
  • Effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills; ability to bridge from high-level objectives to project details and vice-versa.
  • Willingness to work with distributed team members across different time zones.
  • Hands-on experience designing and developing reports and dashboards using Power BI is a plus.

Compensation & Logistics

  • Location: US, CA, Santa Clara.
  • Time type: Full time.
  • Your base salary will be determined based on location, experience, and pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 232,000 USD - 368,000 USD.
  • You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
