NVIDIA is seeking a Principal Solution Architect to join the Business Applications team to lead end-to-end supply chain business process transformation. You will work with senior leaders, business partners, IT teams, and suppliers to design scalable, adaptable solutions that address complex, enterprise-wide process challenges across demand & supply planning, manufacturing execution, sales, logistics, NPI engineering, product costing and finance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the transformation of coordinated business processes across demand & supply planning, manufacturing execution, sales, logistics, NPI engineering, product costing and finance.
- Develop future-focused concepts, processes, and system solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with business executives and SMEs to define capability roadmaps and process re-engineering strategies.
- Apply industry guidelines to creatively and effectively solve enterprise-wide business problems.
- Independently lead complex, high-priority initiatives and assume full accountability for decisions impacting project success.
Requirements
- 15+ years of related experience in business process transformations, with at least 3 years at a senior level.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience); advanced degree (PhD) or publications desirable.
- Demonstrated history of leading large-scale, complex process transformation initiatives.
- Deep subject-matter expertise across SAP S/4, IBP, Anaplan, and B4/HANA functions (as listed in the job description).
- Strong knowledge of interdependencies between processes and ability to anticipate cross-functional impacts of change.
- Experience in SAP S/4 greenfield and brownfield supply chain implementation is desirable.
- Background using ML/AI tools in business process transformation is desirable.
- Experience in the semiconductor and hi‑tech industry is required.

- Base salary range: 196,000 USD - 310,500 USD (final base salary determined by location, experience, and comparable pay).
