Responsibilities

  • Design new experiences across enterprise and general multiplayer use cases.
  • Ship features that balance well established UI paradigms with novel applications of AI.
  • Make software that feels like the future but can be used and understood by anyone in the world today.
  • Work independently and strategically by finding problems and solutions.
  • Contribute to process to ensure we are always shipping changes you are proud of, as often as possible.
  • Care about product, interaction, brand, growth, copywriting, engineering, and marketing.

Requirements

  • Experience designing enterprise, consumer, or prosumer products.
  • Comfortable thinking about 0→1 product design or large scale optimization.
  • Excellent communicator with team members and users.
  • Excellent visual, UI, and interaction skills.
  • Comfort with prototyping or coding your ideas.
  • Strong desire to ship great software above all else.
  • 5+ years of industry experience.

Bonus

  • Some members of the design team write production code. Existing skills or interest in coding with React or SwiftUI are welcome.

Compensation

  • Cash compensation range: $200,000 - $270,000 per year.
  • Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors (experience, expertise) and may vary.
  • Equity may be part of the total compensation package.
