Product Designer - Enterprise Lead

We are looking for a senior product designer to create and ship enterprise and multiplayer experiences that balance established UI paradigms with novel applications of AI. The role works independently and strategically across product, interaction, brand, growth, copywriting, engineering, and marketing to deliver software that is usable today and feels like the future.

Responsibilities

• Design new experiences across enterprise and general multiplayer use cases.
• Ship features that balance well-established UI paradigms with novel applications of AI.
• Make software that feels like the future but can be used and understood by anyone in the world today.
• Work independently and strategically by finding problems and solutions.
• Contribute to process to ensure we are always shipping changes you are proud of, as often as possible.
• Care about product, interaction, brand, growth, copywriting, engineering, and marketing.

Requirements

• Experience designing enterprise, consumer, or prosumer products.
• Comfortable thinking about 0→1 product design or large-scale optimization.
• Excellent communicator with team members and users.
• Excellent visual, UI, and interaction skills.
• Comfort with prototyping or coding your ideas.
• You care about shipping great software more than anything else.
• 5+ years of industry experience.

Bonus

• Some of the design team writes production code. We welcome existing skills or interest in coding with React and SwiftUI.

Compensation & Benefits

• Cash compensation range: $200,000 - $270,000.
• Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
• Equity: In addition to base salary, equity may be part of the total compensation package.
