The Product Design department creates clarity and trust through design. We combine user insight, visual excellence, and systems thinking to design experiences that feel seamless across every touchpoint. As part of our growing team, you’ll join a group that’s setting and enforcing standards for design quality and impact.

This role sits within our B2B design cluster — the people behind the tools that help businesses get started and use NordPass. From onboarding small teams to managing complex organisational needs, you'll focus on designing experiences that make security and collaboration feel effortless.

Responsibilities

• Work on business and user experience problems side-by-side with the Engineering Manager, Product Manager and Engineers.
• Help the team across all product life-cycle stages including framing problems, providing user-centric insights, mapping out flows and designing interactions.
• Narrow down broad scopes and complex ideas into clear and intuitive prototypes.
• Iterate on design solutions based on user testing, business and technical considerations.
• Provide and receive feedback from fellow designers to continually raise the bar of quality and professional growth.

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of product design experience building digital products.
• Evidence of shipping cross-platform products (Desktop / iOS / Android).
• Ability to present and articulate your design decisions and rationale to peers and stakeholders.
• Can-do attitude and a strong sense of ownership towards the product you are working on.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Case studies showcasing end-to-end product design work.
• Keen interest in cybersecurity, data privacy and other related fields.
• Fluency in English.

Compensation & Details

• Salary range: 17600–24600 Gross PLN per month (approx. 211,200–295,200 PLN per year).
• Employment type: Full Time.
• Workplace: Hybrid, based in Warsaw, Poland.
