Responsibilities

• Work in a small team to iteratively improve user experience
• Take new features from ideation, prototyping, user testing, to production
• Design simple and intuitive web and mobile experiences
• Participate in regular design reviews, seek specific feedback and incorporate it
• Execute on the product roadmap and help define product strategy
• Collaborate daily with Engineering, User Research, and Product teams

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional Product Design experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Experience designing consumer-facing experiences for web and mobile
• Excellence in UX thinking, visual design, and written communication
• Experience working collaboratively with engineers, researchers, and product teams
• Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools
• Low ego, collaborative, and open minded

Nice to Haves

• Interest in crypto or financial products
• User of Coinbase products
• Familiarity with onchain crypto activity such as interacting with Ethereum addresses, using ENS, and engaging with dApps or blockchain services
