Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the user experience for your designated section of NordProtect.
  • Collaborate closely with product designers, product managers, analysts, engineers, web content creators, copywriters, graphic designers, SEO specialists, and other stakeholders to foster cross-team synergies.
  • Engage in all phases of the product development lifecycle: identify and validate problems, outline functional requirements, create user flow diagrams, provide user-centric insights, and design effective solutions to enhance customer experiences.
  • Continuously refine design solutions informed by user testing, business needs, and technical considerations.
  • Actively participate in workshops and team meetings, sharing design work early and often and seeking constructive feedback from peers and stakeholders.
  • Develop captivating web pages that boost conversion rates and ensure a seamless user experience throughout the website.
  • Maintain and expand the design system for consistency and efficiency.
  • Analyze existing application and website patterns and workflows, proactively suggesting enhancements.

Requirements

  • A compelling portfolio demonstrating design work and a comprehensive end-to-end design process.
  • Proven experience in web and product design, showcasing both expertise and refined taste.
  • Proficiency in Figma and a commitment to adopting its latest features.
  • Experience working with and maintaining design systems.
  • A meticulous eye for detail, with a passion for crafting pixel-perfect UI and intuitive user experiences.
  • Ability to independently recognize issues and opportunities and implement valuable improvements.
  • Willingness and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong presentation skills to effectively articulate design decisions and rationale to peers and stakeholders.
  • A history of close collaboration with software product and engineering teams.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Benefits

  • Gross salary: 2300–4500 EUR / month.
  • Workplace type: hybrid (office presence expected; locations: Vilnius, Kaunas).
