Responsibilities

  • Lead design activities for Saily, with hands-on ownership of the mobile apps and provide mentoring and guidance for the web platform.
  • Uncover user experience issues and validate solutions by carrying out user interviews.
  • Cooperate with CEO, Product Owners, Engineers, Copywriters, and other colleagues.
  • Elevate the team across all product life-cycle stages by providing user-centric insights, mapping out the flows, framing problems, and designing user interactions.
  • Make clear and intuitive prototypes out of broad and complex ideas.
  • Iterate on design solutions based on user testing, business, and technical considerations.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience with user interface design & interaction design.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with mobile app design.
  • Excellent knowledge of user-centred design best practices and proven ability to apply them.
  • Understanding of design systems.
  • Ability to create lo-fi and hi-fi prototypes and present them in clear and well-reasoned ways.
  • Proficiency in working with design and prototyping tools (Figma).
  • Strong problem-solving and data-backed decision-making skills.
  • Strong ownership mindset and analytical thinking.
  • Evidence of experience in shipping product design solutions.

Compensation

  • Gross Salary: 4,500–6,000 EUR / month (specified in listing).
