Responsibilities

  • Conduct user experience studies analyzing road users' behavior to inspire product decisions.
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to define product direction based on study findings.
  • Drive execution across engineering and operations teams.
  • Tie issues to root causes and solutions in the issue management system (JIRA).

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing an MBA (graduating in Dec 2026 or Spring 2027).
  • Deep knowledge of issue management tools (e.g., JIRA).
  • 3+ years of experience in software engineering or automotive engineering.
  • Knowledge of or experience with autonomous vehicle (AV) products.

Ways to Stand Out / Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep knowledge of L2/L3 autonomous driving systems.
  • Strong ability to categorize incoming product-level issues into useful categories.
  • Deep knowledge of the product engineering stack for driving/AV systems.
  • Previous experience working in or closely with a Product Management team.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Internship hourly rate: 27 USD - 82 USD (rate depends on position, location, year in school, degree, and experience).
