We’re the team behind ChatGPT — a rapidly evolving AI assistant used by hundreds of millions of people to learn, create, and solve problems. In addition to our global consumer base, over 5 million business customers use ChatGPT to get work done. On ChatGPT for Work we focus on making ChatGPT the everyday productivity operating system for knowledge workers, building practical, outcome-oriented capabilities backed by enterprise-grade admin and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Own product roadmap for core experiences inside ChatGPT Business and Enterprise.
• Collaborate with research, engineering, and design to translate breakthroughs into usable, high-value end-user experiences.
• Understand heavily used tools and experiences across SaaS, by specific personas inside companies.
• Run experiments and iterate rapidly, combining qualitative customer feedback with usage signals to drive prioritization and outcomes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, research, go-to-market) to deliver quickly while maintaining a high bar for technical quality and user experience. Work may extend to API integrations where applicable.
• Engage directly with customers and partners to discover opportunities for deeper experiences and validate product direction.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product experience shipping highly loved core products that delight end users.
• Ability to define product direction in ambiguous, 0→1 environments and rally teams around it.
• Understanding of security & compliance tradeoffs and experience working with enterprise customers and admin ecosystems.
• Data-driven mindset; comfortable defining and optimizing metrics that reflect org-level success.
• Excellent stakeholder and cross-functional communication skills, including comfort working directly with customers.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability; experience at startups or high-growth companies is a plus.
