The ChatGPT Healthcare team is building products that help clinicians, care teams, and healthcare organizations work smarter, move faster, and deliver better care. The role focuses on bringing powerful, trustworthy AI to healthcare, balancing product innovation, quality, and trust.
This position is based in San Francisco, CA, with relocation assistance available.
Responsibilities
- Define product strategy and roadmap for key ChatGPT Healthcare experiences and capabilities.
- Identify high-impact problems across clinicians, healthcare operators, and health systems, and turn them into clear product priorities.
- Partner closely with engineering, research, design, legal, policy, sales, and customer-facing teams to ship products that are useful, safe, and scalable.
- Drive execution from early discovery and prototype through launch, adoption, and iteration.
- Translate customer needs, technical constraints, and regulatory considerations into strong product decisions and crisp requirements.
- Use data, customer feedback, and market insight to improve product quality, trust, and business impact.
Requirements
- Significant product management experience, ideally in healthcare, enterprise software, AI, or other complex regulated environments.
- Experience with zero-to-one product development and the ability to turn ambiguity into momentum.
- Ability to operate at both the strategy level and in day-to-day execution details.
- Proven ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong judgment about trust, safety, privacy, and quality in high-stakes user workflows.
- Motivation to improve healthcare through technology and work on mission-driven product problems.
Compensation
- Compensation Range: $441K - $490K USD
- Offers equity; total compensation may include equity, performance-related bonus(es), and other components depending on individual factors.
