The Finance function is expected to move from reporting on the past to actively steering the business. Trusted financial data, efficient close processes and forward-looking insights are the foundation. As Product Manager Finance Data Platform & Reporting you will shape the digital products and processes that enable Finance to operate at the next level — ensuring data integrity, reducing time to close and creating insights that support faster decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision: define and communicate a clear product vision for the Finance data platform, systems and processes, aligned with Eneco’s strategy and Finance’s ambitions.
• Shape the roadmap: translate business challenges into a roadmap that delivers trusted data, efficient close processes and actionable insights.
• Lead delivery: work with engineering, data and Finance teams to implement scalable solutions that optimize financial processes and reporting.
• Drive adoption: ensure new solutions are embraced by Finance and business stakeholders and create measurable impact.
• Continuously improve: use data and user feedback to identify bottlenecks, test improvements and scale what works.
• Finance product/process excellence: enhance Finance’s ability to deliver trusted financial data, faster closing and actionable insights; uplift process & tech maturity.
• Delivery excellence: oversee Finance data product architecture and ensure solutions scale with Eneco’s growth.
• Diagnosis & innovation: identify opportunities to digitize and simplify Finance processes.
• Roadmap & OKRs: align Finance transformation initiatives with Eneco’s strategic goals and OKRs.

Requirements

• Experienced product manager with a strategic mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding user experiences.
• Strong leadership skills, hands-on approach to product management tasks and ability to balance multiple responsibilities.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Finance, Data and IT/Engineering teams to design and deliver scalable data products and reporting solutions.
• Experience with product visioning, roadmapping, adoption, continuous improvement and driving measurable impact.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and use data and user feedback to prioritise and optimise solutions.
• The vacancy indicates >5 years of experience (domain experience in product management and/or finance data products is expected).

Where you’ll work

• Based in Eneco’s digital organisation in Rotterdam. You will work cross-functionally with multidisciplinary teams (Finance, Data and IT) and have a direct impact on Eneco’s mission to become carbon neutral.

• Gross annual salary between €88.000 and €125.000 (including FlexBudget, 8% holiday allowance and depending on the role a bonus or collective profit sharing).
