As a Generative AI Product Manager — GSI Partners at NVIDIA, you will serve as a critical link between product teams, field operations, partners, and customers within NVIDIA’s global ecosystem. You will drive the adoption, enablement, and continuous improvement of NVIDIA's products and solutions in collaboration with leading Global Systems Integrators. This strategic role requires a mix of technical knowledge, business insight, and effective cross-functional interpersonal skills. You will help co-create and refine partner products, represent NVIDIA’s offerings across global markets, and ensure partner and customer success with innovative technology, especially in the fast-paced Gen AI space.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with NVIDIA and GSI product, engineering, and partner teams to co-create innovative products and solutions (including ideation, strategy, design, oversight, evaluation, and delivery).
- Gather and analyze detailed requirements, draft Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), craft clear user stories, and develop comprehensive product roadmaps.
- Present and articulate reference architecture and product roadmap to partners and customers, collect and synthesize feedback, and influence subsequent product releases.
- Proactively handle blocking issues by identifying, documenting, and submitting critical bugs and feature requests, and monitor resolution through internal tools.
- Collect insights and advocate for joint solutions during partner-customer meetings and track the adoption of NVIDIA GenAI software assets embedded in partner products.
- Maintain a weekly cadence of multidisciplinary team calls with Solution Architects and combined Product teams to review project progress, adoption status, and roadblocks.
- Collaborate with partner organizations to identify and address new areas of innovation.
- Work across multiple time zones and geographies; travel as required.
Requirements
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field or equivalent experience; MBA a plus.
- 12+ years of product management or technical program management experience, preferably in high-tech, cloud, AI/ML, or semiconductor industries.
- Demonstrated success working with or in GSI partners, developer-centric teams, or large enterprise customers.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, field, sales, and/or partner organizations.
- Outstanding communication abilities and a proven track record of effectively engaging audiences in technical and business fields.
- Ability to lead discussions, coordinate among diverse collaborators, and act as a trusted advisor.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
Ways to Stand Out
- Prior experience in Gen AI, LLMs, and agentic solutions.
- Experience in building 0–1 products.
- Exposure to job functions that helped in partner product creation.
- Previous roles in leading early access programs, proof of concepts, and field enablement.
- Familiarity with NVIDIA products and ecosystem.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: 208,000 USD - 327,750 USD (final base salary determined by location, experience, and pay of employees in similar positions).
