Role overview
We are looking for a product leader to transform how listings are represented on Airbnb. You’ll be responsible for designing, delivering and optimizing Airbnb’s core listings page for accommodations, making it easier for guests to evaluate, compare and book on Airbnb.
You will partner closely with design, engineering, and data teams to invent new features and capabilities in the app, and leverage AI and personalization technologies to push the boundaries of how listings are merchandised. You will also collaborate with operations and global teams to build merchandising capabilities that support Airbnb’s editorial strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for how accommodations are represented on Airbnb.
- Incorporate AI technologies to uplevel merchandising and set new standards for digital merchandising of homes.
- Develop product roadmaps and build alignment across product teams (Tech, Design), and cross-functional partners (FP&A, Marketing, Global Operations, Customer Experience, Trust) and leadership.
- Inspire teams and leadership to support product success and business outcomes.
- Build deep subject-matter expertise through user research, marketplace data, and competitive analysis.
- Define goals and success using measurable objectives and key results.
- Execute to ship products and deliver impact for business and users.
- Craft product narrative and marketing strategies in collaboration with communications and cross-functional partners.
- Develop and deliver product demos to press showcasing key features and functionalities.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience.
- Demonstrated track record of building cross-functional and executive leadership alignment.
- Experience working on platforms at global scale.
- Entrepreneurial track record of taking an idea to reality.
- Strong ability to use data and perform business analysis to support product strategy/decisions.
- Comfortable driving execution across teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Desire to do individual contributor product management work.
Your location and working hours
- This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed with your manager.
- Candidates must live in a state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity (some states excluded; see Airbnb careers page for details).
- Candidates should be able to work Pacific Time Zone hours as needed.

Compensation & benefits
- Base pay range: $194,000—$239,000 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits. Actual base pay depends on factors such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands.
