Responsibilities

• Lead development of features to improve user journeys for traders, making trading simpler and more delightful.
• Plan and implement a product roadmap focused on derivatives trading across web, mobile (iOS/Android), and API.
• Define metrics and conduct experiments to optimize user and trading efficiency.
• Own product development from conception through launch, iterating to deliver top-tier products for leverage and hedging.
• Scale user access and grow usage of trading products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data, and marketing.
• Align teams with a shared vision and drive execution.

Requirements

• 2+ years as a Product Manager or founder with consumer product experience.
• Expertise in trading and financial concepts such as markets, derivatives, and trading strategies.
• Experience building 0 to 1 products under ambiguity with strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong design sense to create delightful user experiences.
• Ability to influence strategic decisions.
• Skilled in balancing stakeholder needs using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Entrepreneurial mindset for fast-paced environments.
• Passion for cryptocurrency, financial markets, and Coinbase's mission.

Nice to Haves

• Experience in brokerage, market-making, institutional trading, or derivatives.
• Familiarity with onchain activities like Ethereum addresses, ENS, dApps, and blockchain services.

Pay transparency notice: The target annual salary range for this position is $154,000 to $154,000 USD. Full-time offers include bonus, equity, and benefits.
