The role is on Coinbase Growth, a consumer-facing team focused on scaling Coinbase by identifying the highest impact opportunities across the product to better connect users and maximize core product value. This position will take co-ownership of an aggressive performance marketing goal by driving new user acquisition at scale.

Responsibilities

• Drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Coinbase marketing technology products (Martech).
• Work closely with the performance marketing team to scale up annual spend efficiently by opening new marketing channels and increasing performance marketing automation velocity.
• Manage budget and return-on-investment in close partnership with finance and marketing.
• Lead and align cross-functional partners (engineering, design, data, marketing) to deliver customer value and revenue impact.
• Understand product strategic and competitive position and deliver results aligned with broader organizational strategies and goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, including experience as a PM on a high-performing Growth team at a consumer tech company.
• Previous experience in the Martech / Adtech space at scale (the posting references $100M+ spend / year).
• Deep analytic, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience or passion in crypto.
• Strong interest in influencing the business: revenue generation, business model, and external partnerships.

• Pay Transparency Notice: The target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Coinbase also include target bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, and vision).
• Pay Range: $154,000 — $154,000 CAD
