Product Manager I - Martech (Consumer Growth)

At Coinbase, our mission is to increase economic freedom in the world. We are building an emerging onchain platform and looking for a Product Manager to help scale consumer growth by driving new user acquisition at scale.

Coinbase Growth is a consumer-facing team focused on identifying high-impact opportunities to better connect users and maximize core product value. This role is remote-first but not remote-only: in-person participation is required throughout the year for team and company-wide offsites. #LI-Remote

Responsibilities

• Drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Coinbase marketing technology products.
• Work closely with the performance marketing team to scale annual spend efficiently by opening new marketing channels and increasing performance marketing automation velocity.
• Manage budget and return-on-investment in close partnership with finance and marketing.
• Lead and align cross-functional partners such as engineering, design, data, and marketing to deliver customer value and revenue impact.
• Understand the product’s strategic and competitive position and deliver results aligned with broader organizational strategies and goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, including experience as a PM on a high-performing Growth team at a consumer tech company.
• Previous experience in the Martech / Adtech space at scale (eg. $100M+ spend / year).
• Deep analytic, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience or passion in crypto.
• Strong interest in influencing the business: revenue generation, business model, and external partnerships.

Compensation

Pay Range: $144,500 — $170,000 USD (target annual salary depending on work location). Full-time offers also include target bonus, target equity, and benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)).

• Remote-first role with required in-person participation throughout the year for collaboration and offsites.
• Coinbase work culture is intense and expects high performance and strong collaboration. Attendance at team and company offsites is expected and supported.
