Coinbase Growth is a consumer-facing team focused on scaling Coinbase by identifying high-impact opportunities to better connect users and maximize core product value. This role is a Product Manager focusing on search engine optimization (SEO) within the Consumer Growth organization.

While many roles at Coinbase are remote-first, the company is not remote-only. In-person participation is required throughout the year (team and company-wide offsites held multiple times annually). The posting includes #LI-Remote and indicates remote-first flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Own a focused product area and execute independently from conception to launch
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to drive product development
• Understand the user journey across internal and external customers; map user pain points and feedback into long-term strategic roadmaps
• Effectively balance and prioritize across different user needs
• Align teams on a shared vision and steer execution against that vision

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, including experience as a PM on a high-performing Growth team at a consumer tech company
• Previous experience working on search engine optimization (SEO)
• Deep analytic, prioritization, and problem solving skills
• Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• An entrepreneurial mindset and ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

• Experience or passion in crypto
• Strong interest in influencing the business: revenue generation, business model, and external partnerships

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range (target annual salary): $154,000 — $154,000 CAD
• Full-time offers include target bonus + target equity + benefits (medical, dental, vision)
