Product Manager I - SEO (Consumer Growth)

Coinbase Growth is a consumer-facing team focused on scaling Coinbase by identifying high-impact opportunities that better connect users and maximize core product value. This role is a Product Manager focused on search engine optimization (SEO) within the Consumer Growth organization.

Responsibilities

• Own a focused product area and execute independently from conception to launch.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to drive product development.
• Understand user journeys for internal and external customers; map user pain points and feedback into long-term strategic roadmaps.
• Balance and prioritize across different user needs effectively.
• Align teams on a shared vision and steer execution against that vision.
• Participate in in-person team and company offsites as required (role is remote-first but not remote-only).

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, including experience as a PM on a high-performing Growth team at a consumer tech company.
• Previous experience working on search engine optimization (SEO).
• Deep analytic, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience or passion for crypto/blockchain technology.
• Strong interest in influencing business outcomes: revenue generation, business model, and external partnerships.

Compensation & Additional Info

• Pay Range: $144,500 — $170,000 USD (target bonus + target equity + benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) may be included in offers).
