Product Manager II - Consumer Growth

Coinbase Growth is a consumer-facing team focused on scaling Coinbase by identifying high-impact opportunities that better connect users and maximize core product value.

This role is remote-first but not remote-only; in-person participation is required throughout the year for team and company-wide offsites and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Work with Design and Engineering counterparts to build and launch products
• Help prioritize the roadmap for your charter
• Build relationships with stakeholders and teams to influence and drive successful outcomes
• Challenge the status quo and push for new, effective, and scalable platform solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including experience on a high-performing Growth team at a consumer or enterprise tech company
• Experience in onboarding, referrals, lifecycle product work, onboarding new user experiences, and/or building user journeys
• Deep analytic, prioritization and problem solving skills
• Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• An entrepreneurial mindset and ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

• Experience or passion in crypto (answers to crypto-related questions may be used to evaluate onchain experience)
• Strong interest in influencing the business: revenue generation, business model, and external partnerships

Compensation

Pay Range: $191,100 — $191,100 USD (target annual salary). Full-time offers also include target bonus, target equity, and benefits (medical, dental, vision, etc.).
