Responsibilities

• Lead the development of features improving critical user journeys for traders, simplifying trading into an easy and delightful product.
• Conceptualize and implement a roadmap for derivatives traders on web, mobile (iOS/Android), and API.
• Define metrics and run experiments to measure and optimize customer user journey (CUJ) efficiency and trading execution.
• Own product development from conception to launch, iterating until world’s best products for leverage and hedging are created.
• Scale and grow product usage, ensuring user access.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, marketing teams.
• Align teams on shared vision and drive execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as Product Manager and/or Founder, including consumer products.
• Expertise in trading and strong grasp of financial concepts (markets, derivatives, trading strategies).
• Experience building 0 to 1 products with high ambiguity and creative problem solving.
• Strong design sense and ability to create delightful user experiences.
• Ability to influence and shape strategic decisions.
• Experience balancing needs of users, design, UXR using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, success in fast-paced environment.
• Passion for cryptocurrency, financial markets, and Coinbase mission.

Nice to Haves

• Experience in brokerage, market-making, institutional trading, or derivatives products.
• Crypto-forward experience with onchain activity such as interacting with Ethereum addresses, ENS, dApps.

The target annual salary for this position ranges from $191,100 to $191,100 USD, with additional target bonus, equity, and benefits included.

This role is remote-first but requires in-person participation throughout the year.
