The Financial Hub team powers all crypto and fiat money movements on Coinbase. As the Product Manager for the Tax team, the role focuses on developing compliant, forward-looking, and intuitive functionalities to help customers manage their taxes with minimal complexity across the globe.

Responsibilities

• Define and build product strategy aligned with company goals serving users globally
• Own end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation to launch
• Stay current with tax regulations and crypto tax requirements to ensure compliance
• Collaborate with Engineering, Legal, Tax, and Compliance teams to define and steer roadmap
• Work with UX/UI designers to create exceptional user experience
• Define and analyze metrics to monitor product performance and guide improvement
• Align and steer cross-functional teams on a shared vision

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably with financial products
• Ability to motivate and align large cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
• Computer Science or Software Engineering background preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset suited for fast-paced environments

Salary

The annual salary range is $180,370 to $212,200 USD, with additional bonus, equity, and benefits depending on location.
